It is better to be safe than sorry, we recommend bottled water, or taking advantage of the Hotel filtered water they provide at the restaurants, bars and gym areas. Given the heat best to have some water with you for excursions to maintain hydration.
Nadi has medical facilities, The Coral coast is quite limited in nature, but for serious conditions, evacuation to Australia or New Zealand may be necessary. Ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance.

Fiji has a tropical climate. The dry Season is May to October (Temps 22-28degrees), not as humid ideal for outdoor activities, beach days and water sports due to calm weather and clear skies.
